Simon Voight
Owner
Simon Voight became a licensed Professional Home Inspector in 2021, bringing his passion for helping others into one of life’s most significant investments: real estate. Based in Denison, Texas, Simon resides with his wife and three children, and is dedicated to providing thorough, high-quality inspections to support informed decisions.
Simon holds his Texas Professional Inspector license (TREC#25205) and Oklahoma Professional Inspector license (OK#70002890), along with a termite inspection certification through the Texas Department of Agriculture (SPCS#910070). He is a Certified Professional Inspector and a Certified Commercial Property Inspector through CCPIA, and an active member of both TPREIA and InterNACHI. Additionally, Simon is licensed by the FAA as a Remote Pilot under Part 107, enabling him to provide aerial property assessments.
